Our idea

Cut the oil.
Not the meal.

Most diets tell you to eat less. We think there is another place to start — the calories that go in before your food ever reaches the plate.

Cooking oil is mostly there to stop food sticking to the pan. Our titanium cookware needs about a teaspoon where a regular pan takes a tablespoon.

So you keep the dinner. You just stop pouring.

The surface

Why titanium?

Not because it is exotic. Because of what is missing from it.

01

Less oil

A teaspoon does the job a tablespoon does in a regular pan — roughly 40 calories instead of 120, on every pan-cooked meal.

02

Nothing on top

No non-stick coating is applied to the cooking surface. There is no layer sitting on the metal that can scratch, flake or wear through, so the pan behaves the same in year five as on day one.

03

A simple routine

Preheat on medium, add your teaspoon, and wait for the food to release before you flip it. Warm water and a soft sponge afterwards.

Calorie figures are worked examples based on approximately 120 calories per tablespoon of cooking oil and 40 per teaspoon. This is cookware, not a treatment, and it does not cause weight loss.
